Over the course of his journey, he has successfully managed more than 550 corporate events across 23 countries, establishing himself as a trusted leader within the business events community.

As General Manager, Events at 212F, Adam has helped shape programs that go beyond traditional reward experiences. His focus on Event Strategy has set him apart, bringing together creativity, education, and purpose to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients. Adam is also recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading voices in incentive travel. In 2021, he became the first person in New Zealand to earn the prestigious Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP) qualification from the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) — a milestone that highlights his commitment to elevating professional standards across the industry.
