With more than 25 years of experience in the events and incentive travel industry, Adam Leslie has built a career defined by expertise, consistency, and genuine connection. Over the course of his journey, he has successfully managed more than 550 corporate events across 23 countries, establishing himself as a trusted leader within the business events community.


As General Manager, Events at 212F, Adam has helped shape programs that go beyond traditional reward experiences. His focus on Event Strategy has set him apart, bringing together creativity, education, and purpose to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients. His approach reflects a deep understanding of what drives engagement and how to align event experiences with strategic goals.


Adam is also recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading voices in incentive travel. In 2021, he became the first person in New Zealand to earn the prestigious Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP) qualification from the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) — a milestone that highlights his commitment to elevating professional standards across the industry.
